Knowing the medications someone is using is important for several reasons. First, it can help to ensure that the group is appropriate for the person's needs. Second, it can help to identify any potential interactions between medications that could cause problems. Third, it can help to track the person's progress over time and make any necessary adjustments to their treatment plan.
